At this time, you can "reset" everything but your level.

Stat resets can be done from the battle screen and enable you to put your stat points in different skills. A stat reset costs 1 Platinum for every 5 levels (max 20 Platinum at level 100).
Name change can be bought for 5 platinum at the platinum shop in the market. This lets you change your name to something else.
Gender change can be bought for 5 platinum at the platinum shop in the market. This lets you change your Gender to male/female.
Hero customization can be reverted by buying the original setup from the hero customization in the profile.
