Energy is a resource stat that you can spend in order to perform certain activites. The resource regenerates at a rate of 1 point every 3 minutes or 20 points per hour. As you level the amount of energy you have increases upto a maximum of 10 points per level, however at higher levels the amount gained decreases. The primary activities that use Energy are Quests, Energy Raids, Arena Battles.
